The Eucharistic Miracles of the World

Book cover, Eucharistic Miracles of the World

As you may have read in Fr. Hurley’s messages or seen in the brochures placed in church pews, Saint Mary Parish maintains a display of The Eucharistic Miracles of the World, an international exhibition designed and created by Blessed Carlo Acutis. Eight panels are on display in the gathering room outside the Mary Chapel (the lower church). Two panels are on display upstairs in Saint Mary Church. The display was initially presented at Saint Mary Church in early 2021.

The entire exhibit was designed and created by Blessed Carlo Acutis, who died at age fifteen of fulminant leukemia. He was inspired by the ideas of Blessed Giacomo Alberione and his commitment to using modern means of communication to evangelize. This inspiration led Blessed Carlo to create a website dedicated to cataloging Eucharistic Miracles, which became this wonderful exhibit.

Blessed Carlo Acutis was beatified in 2020. Learn more about Blessed Carlo at Franciscan Media’s Blessed Carlo: The First Millennial Saint?

Here at Saint Mary Parish, the display is updated every three months with selections from the over 120 miracles cataloged by Blessed Carlo.
