Alumni Committee
St. Mary's School would like to organize a group of volunteers who are willing to go through the school's old records and files in order to come up with an alumni list.  This alumni list would be very helpful for the school's development plans.

Bingo Workers
Bingo is held every Friday night from 5 - 9 p.m. Volunteers are needed during this time to sell tickets and Bingo cards.

Development
St. Mary's School would like to put together a group of people who will help to initiate and organize a development program that will help to sustain the school's long-term financial status.

Fundraising
This group would assist with the organization and running of small fundraisers throughout the year for the school.  Some of our School fundraisers were not held this past year due to not having enough help.  With the help of other parishioners, the school would be able to hold its Silent Auction, Fashion Show, and Bazaar as in years past as well as other fundraisers throughout the year.  These fundraisers help raise money for the school as well as provide our parish family with opportunities to spend time together.

Publicity & Communications
Parishioners can submit articles to the school's bi-monthly newspaper and help with the school’s other publicity and communication needs that arise periodically.

Library Volunteers
Each grade in  our school has a library time once a week.  Volunteers are needed to accompany the students to the library, to read to them and to help them find books.

School Parents' Association The parents' association is made up primarily of parents of children in our school, but other parishioners are encouraged to participate.  They are responsible for planning some of the small fundraisers for the school throughout the year.  The parents' association is also responsible for planning  and helping to run the social activities throughout the year for the school children  such as the Haunted House, the Sock Hop, The Turkey Shoot, the Pancake Breakfast, etc.

Tutoring Volunteers
These are Friends of St. Mary's School who offer extra help and assistance weekly to students requiring additional academic support.

Technology Committee
This group works to provide technical assistance and support by evaluating and updating computer systems and offering suggestions for expanding computer education.

St. Mary' School Choir
Student volunteers from Grades 4 & 5 of St. Mary's School join to offer musical support at monthly masses.
