If you are hospitalized and would like a pastoral visit……..

Patients who wish to receive Communion from a pastoral visitor must agree to be listed as Catholic on the admission sheet. This authorizes the parish and hospital spiritual caregivers to visit you during your hospitalization. If a patient does not do this, visiting clergy and pastoral visitors will not have access to his or her name and location.
